So, lately, I’ve been in a “photography” or “cool photos” phase in my life.

Plus, it takes a bit more time to write about the stuff I talk about below.

As a result of this, you may find more images on this blog than words as of late.

Maybe this would fall into “inspiration” though…

v. 2

I don’t like erasing things and so I thought I’d keep earlier versions of what I think this blog is “about.”  I’ve had a revelation over the past couple of days that I should be writing not only about the thoughts other than my work blogs or very specific topical thoughts, but I should still be focused like my friend John Chow or other popular bloggers.

Since there are already too many people who are writing about “making money online” or other very popular topics like news, politics or celebrities, I thought I’d write about inspiration, happiness and the two acronyms I hope I can live by moving forward in life: “jfdi” and jfsi.”

I’ll still talk about the random thoughts because I just want to, but I will do my best to restrain myself from writing too many of them.

…it’s not like I don’t have enough to do already, but when I have the “random thought” or “idea” that’s not marketing or a business idea (dieorbea.com), or seo specific (seattle organic seo or ethicus) or related to any one of the many websites I’ve started, I thought I’d write them here for … well, not sure.  That’s why I like the idea of having a blog that’s about being “…not sure.”  While you would think “not sure” is “wishy washy” or even unlike what I truly want to be which is focused or black and white, it’s a reflection of the fact that this world has close to 7 billion perspectives and trying to understand and operate in a world where many of them can affect you in both positive and negative ways, you tend to be well … wishy washy.  At the same time, you’ll get millions of complaints that you are and you just have to deal with it.  So, you end up thinking like me, … or JFSI (just f*cking say it) or … JFDI (just f*cking do it).  You really can’t care and that’s why I decided to write this … to JFSI.  I wish I could call it JFSI, but a) they’re both taken, but b) I don’t want to buy another freaking domain, start it and never follow through.  Since this is the home of my main site that builds my personal brand, I thought why not just place a blog on it and JFSI…

v. 0 (what comes by default here in WordPress)

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my blog. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickies to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages for your content. Have fun!
