So, I’m going to do what I can to read, eat and exercise my way to my first six pack in my life.

First article I read online from WebMD supports my thoughts about what may have happened along the way:

• Basically, avoid anything that exerts pressure on your stomach to expand out (& they include)
• avoid constipation (too little fiber, fluids & exercise will cause constipation)
• don’t eat too fast
• don’t eat/drink these in excess:
• carbonated drinks, chewing gum (air), sugar free foods
• sodium, beans, gassy vegetables
• eat smaller meals more often
• drink peppermint tea (to reduce bloating)
• eat pineapple, parsley, yogurts containing probiotics (to reduce bloating)
• don’t skip meals
• stomach exercises won’t do as much as the above

This video on the show Today gives some tips supporting the above and give suggestions on a specific diet that includes the following:

Almonds, beans, Spinich, Turkey, Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Smoothies, dairy, instant oatmeal, Eggs, Extra protein, Rasberries.

And can cheat on the diet once a week

Some exercise suggestions from this article include:

• Reverse crunch
• Hanging knee raise
• Torso rotation (twist)
• Leg lowering
• Side bends
• Total crunch
• Exercise ball crunches
• Total crunch

And then I went to their website to see they have 4 models called: Spud, Pea Shooter, Ruby and Roarer.

These are what I imagine to be close to perfect in terms of naked style bikes.  I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to motorcycles, but these just look beautiful.
