For many years, the concept of working from 9-5 has been ingrained in the working person’s mind. Be default, we assume we should be working 8 hours a day in the middle of the day, 5 days a week for each 7 day span.
Why?
As I sit here at 1:10a incredibly awake, I wonder how I’m going to be falling asleep soon so I can wake up early enough to operate within that 9-5 schedule. For a number of years, I’ve never been one to be that excited to maintain a “schedule” and regular patterns. Our bodies as well aren’t necessarily programmed to follow schedules.
